For more than 35 years,I have worked alongside children, families and educators across New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Twenty-one of those years were at Amy Hurd Early Learning Centre, including thirteen as Nominated Supervisor and Centre Director. That's where I learnt what good leadership, governance and inclusive practice actually look like in the day-to-day, not just on paper.

Today, I work with services on what matters most: clear policy and quality guidance, mentoring and professional learning that builds confidence, and respectful strategies for children with disability, developmental concerns, and higher support needs.

I like to keep things simple: strong relationships, honest communication and a genuine belief that stable, well-supported services help children and families thrive.
